Do you own your equipment?
Yes. All five of our crews operate with bucket trucks. We also own three backyard lifts that can fit through a 36” gate and reach up to 60 feet.

How much does tree removal cost?
Pricing depends on the tree’s type, size, location, and the equipment and time required. We provide customized estimates for each job.
How soon can I get an estimate?
Our estimator will typically visit your property within 1–2 days of your request.

Do I need to sign a contract?
When is payment due and what methods do you accept?
Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash and checks with no additional fees. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee.
Scheduling & Availability
How soon can you schedule the work?
Scheduling depends on current availability and the scope of the project. We’ll provide timeframes once your estimate is approved.
Do your crews work on Saturdays?
Our crews primarily work Monday through Friday. Saturday work may be available in special cases, and additional charges may apply.
Do you provide estimates on Saturdays?
Yes, when necessary we can schedule Saturday estimates.
How long will the job take?
Timing varies based on the size and complexity of the project. We will always provide an estimated duration before work begins.

Do you offer stump grinding?
Yes. Stump grinding is available as part of our tree removal services. Just let us know when scheduling.
Can you tell if my tree is diseased or dying?
Yes. Our team can assess tree health and provide recommendations if a tree is diseased, dying, or poses a risk.
Do you offer emergency tree removal after storms?

Do you clean up after the job is finished?
Yes. We handle full cleanup and remove all debris, leaving your property clean and tidy.
How should I prepare before you arrive?
Please clear vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal items from the work area. Keep pets safely indoors during service.
